You have come to our website because you either have an interest in getting a new friend to add to your family, or you want to help dogs in some way -
here is your chance!
Please take a moment and read through our available dogs. You may not be looking for a dog yourself, but may know of someone who is. There is a home out there for each of our wonderful dogs. . . we just need to find it. The longer they are in a cage, the more depressed they get and the more work they will need to feel safe and secure, once placed into a home.
These guys deserve a chance in a stable, loving home. They just need someone to teach them right from wrong, have a little patience and give them a lot of love. The pictures and bios don’t always do them justice, so why not come to an adoption and meet them in person? They have so much love to give you and they don’t ask for much in return.

Eliana and Erin Help Raise Money for
Rocket & Chicagoland Dog Rescue!
One day Eliana and Erin were thinking that it would
be fun to have their own club.
They came up with
their club’s name because both their names start
with an E and
there are two of them. They put it together and it came out to be the 2-E Club.
They want to have a scrapbook where they could put pictures of themselves after they
completed a project.
Their first project was to help out an animal shelter. Their neighbor, Sue, volunteers
for Chicagoland Dog Rescue and they wrote her a letter and asked if they could help
some animals by donating money that they raised. They thought maybe they could buy
some dog snacks or something else CDR would need but instead their money helped rescue
a dog, Rocket, that needed to have leg surgery! This was way cooler than they thought
it would be! Erin made her money by doing chores and collecting money around the
house. Eliana made money by giving her Christmas money that her grandma gave her.
They wanted to he
lp Rocket with his surgery. The girls said, “We hope Rocket will
feel better after his surgery and won’t have a hurting leg anymore. It would be
nice if more kids wanted to help animals because there are many sad dogs that need
homes and nice people to help them.”
When Rocket is better they are going to start on their next project which is to make up lyrics to a song and try to sell them to Justin Bieber. They have a long list of projects and they hope their scrapbook is going to be full by the end of the summer!
