Thank you for considering a donation to CDR. Our dogs, volunteers and staff appreciate your interest in supporting our very special cause. CDR is a non-profit, charitable 501(c)(3) organization and all contributions are tax deductible. You can be confident that your donation will be used for the benefit of our rescue dogs.

Here is a list of some things that we could really use to help our cause. You don't need to foster a dog or even own a dog to help a dog find a home.

Help Our Cause

If you are in the Peoria, Springfield, Bloomington, Galesburg, Peru/LaSalle or in the Chicago area we NEED your help. We rescue dogs/cats from animal control that only gives 3 days until they are euthanized. We find great rescues in these areas and then transport them in a couple different legs to Chicago, which is done weekly. PLEASE contact me directly if you can help at: sadeghi@mchsi.com.

Do you have unwanted, used or broken cell phones that you don't know what to do with?

Do you have empty inkjet cartridges just taking up space?

Help us and help the environment!
We will take your unwanted cell phones and cartridges and have them recycled in accordance with EPA regulations which can be refurbished and reused.

Depending on the value of the items you donate, your donation may be tax deductible. Cell phones must be able to power up, make a test call and have an undamaged screen.

Do you recycle aluminum cans? Do you just throw them in the trash for the garbage people to take?  Why not recycle and help rescue!!  Yep, we are collecting aluminum cans to raise funds for our homeless pooches!  Please bring your cans during our adoption shows at Petco in Schaumburg
