Please if you are in the Peoria, Springfield, Bloomington, Galesburg, Peru/Lasalle or in the Chicago area we NEED your help. We rescue dogs/cats from animal control that only gives 3 days and then they euthanize them. We find great rescues in these areas and then transport them in a couple of different legs to Chicago. We do this weekly and if you can help, PLEASE contact me directly at 'sadeghi@mchsi.com'.

  HONORS & MEMORIALS: Do you want to recognize the memory of someone or to honor a person or pet (for a birthday, anniversary, etc.) with your contribution to CDR. An acknowledgment card will be sent to the person (dog) or family being honored or remembered (donation amount will not be disclosed unless otherwise requested). This is a great way of helping our dogs while celebrating the memory or event of someone you care about.

Please include with your check the name and address of the person who is to receive the acknowledgment, as well as the occasion or in whose memory the donation was sent.
